SKEWER GIFT SET IN A CASE

1. Meat: pork neck or ribs are common, because they carry enough fat and the meat stays moist.
2. Marinade: onion, salt and pepper are often all you need. Leave the meat in the fridge for a few hours or overnight.
3. Coals: mtsvadi cooks over glowing coals, not flames. Vine or fruit-wood gives the meat a special aroma.
4. Turning: turn the skewer now and then so every side cooks evenly and nothing burns.
5. Serving: mtsvadi comes with freshly sliced onion, pomegranate and tone bread.
